Spending thousands a month on Google Ads with another agency, without getting profitable returns.
Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy locations are located in a competitive vertical, and in a geographically competitive region, resulting in saturation and typically high advertising costs.
They decided to hire Eden Ads to manage their Google Ads campaigns. We did an ad account review to determine the strengths and weaknesses of their ad accounts and determine the best strategy to optimize and increase their return on ad spend by getting new patients in their offices.
We also found errors and shortcomings in their previous agency’s account build and implementation, which were wasting money and potential new business.
With the ad account review complete, we laid out a custom strategy based on our previous success in healthcare marketing and Google Ad best practices, in order to help them meet their marketing objectives.
Our Google Account Managers then got to work on their accounts, fixing errors, adjusting bids, selecting keywords, and building out new campaigns designed to leverage our strategy for new patients at lower advertising costs.
Over the course of three months, we were able to increase their number of conversions by 86%, number of phone calls directly to their office by 30%, while lowering their average cost-per-conversion from $130.88 down to just $32.50.
This allowed them to spend a little less per month on their advertising while, more importantly, getting many more new patients, profitably.
