Out-of-Scope Non-Deliverables:

  • Conduct initial client consultations and project briefs.

  • Develop wireframes and mockups for website layout and user interface.
  • Create visually appealing and intuitive website design mockups for client approval.

Development and Coding:

  • Front-end and back-end development of the website.
  • Implement responsive design for optimal viewing across devices.

Content Creation and Integration:

  • Incorporate client-provided content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
  • Integrate content management systems for easy client updates (if applicable).

Functionality and Interactivity:

  • Implement interactive elements, forms, and other custom functionalities as per client requirements.
  • Ensure seamless navigation and user experience throughout the website.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough testing of website functionality, compatibility, and performance.
  • Debug and resolve any issues identified during the testing phase.

Launch and Deployment:

  • Prepare the website for launch, including domain setup and hosting configuration.
  • Deploy the website to the client's chosen hosting environment.

Training and Documentation:

  • Provide training sessions for the client on managing website content (if applicable).
  • Offer documentation outlining website features and basic maintenance procedures.

Post-Launch Support:

  • Offer limited post-launch support to address any immediate issues or questions after website deployment.

Design and Branding:

  • Logo design or extensive branding services.

Content Creation:

  • Extensive content creation, including copywriting, image editing, and video production.

Additional Functionalities:

  • Custom features or functionalities not agreed upon in the initial scope.

E-commerce Management:

  • Management of e-commerce products, pricing, and inventory unless specified.

SEO and Marketing:

  • Advanced SEO services, digital marketing, or ongoing search engine optimization efforts.

Content and SEO:

  • Beyond basic SEO optimization.
  • Creation of textual, graphical, or multimedia content.

  • Day-to-day social media management.

Third-Party Integrations:

Client acknowledges that services outside these non-deliverables are not part of the agreed-upon scope of work.

Step 1
  • Client Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are allowed at each stage (wireframe, design document, and fully developed website). Additional revisions or those requested after the allotted time frame will be billed hourly.
  • Client Approval: If the client doesn’t review and provide feedback within 5 business days for each stage, it will be considered approved, and Eden Ads will proceed to the next step.


Project Timeline: The schedule may vary based on the complexity of the project and the client’s responsiveness in providing feedback and approvals.
