Job Description

Business Development Representatives (BDR) play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base. They are responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting research on target markets, and proactively reaching out to prospects through various channels. BDRs find and nurture leads, qualify potential clients, and collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments or presentations. They must effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, services, and solutions to prospects, showcasing how the agency can meet their specific needs. BDRs also track and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, activities, and progress, contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency. This position is in-office, 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday. However, it may require meeting with prospective clients out of office, attending local networking events, and a few days of out-of-state travel for conferences and trade shows as frequently as once or twice per month.
