Job Description

The Account Coordinator is a vital role within our marketing agency, providing essential support to the account management team and ensuring smooth client operations for existing and prospective clients. The Coordinator assists in managing client accounts, communicates with clients to gather project requirements, and coordinates the timely execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables. They maintain detailed records, monitor project progress, and facilitate internal communication among various departments to ensure seamless project implementation. The Account Coordinator also supports in preparing client reports, handling administrative tasks, and proactively addressing client inquiries or concerns. The ideal candidate for this role possesses excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, along with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and project success. They should be a proactive team player who can thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This position is in-office, 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday.
